What do you count as an entry?
An entry is one row of structured data. If the original format of your data is more complex, we will review to determine how close the total of all entries are to the limit.
What if my data exceeds the limits of a particular service?
No problem! We will review your files and offer a custom quote that is both reasonable and valuable to your time.
How do I know if my data is “clean” enough to build a report from?
Your data does not have to be perfectly clean to analyze. Basic cleanup such as removing empty rows and columns, handling leading and trailing spaces, minor column header fixes, or formatting tweaks, is included in the report/dashboard services.
If your data requires cleaning such as standardizing values, duplicates removes, and unifying inconsistent naming, you can add on the Light Data Cleanup service. Moderate to extensive cleaning beyond that would require the full Data Cleanup service.
There are some tweaks I want to make to my finished project. Am I allowed to ask for that?
Yes! You get one set of revisions with any service. Fees will apply for additional revisions.
I have a Power BI license for my company. Can you build me a dashboard with that instead of Excel?

How long will it take to complete my project?
Delivery times follow these general guidelines:

The delivery time for the remaining services will depend on the scope and complexity of the project. You will receive an estimated delivery time before the project begins.
